“We were heading home when we really craved some hot dogs. We searched it up and Jessie's country kitchen was the first thing. Pulling up you see a two Chicago style hotdogs with a side and a drink for only $10. We came in and she right away asked us if we already had something in mind or if we wanted a recommendation. Really nice and sweet, the food is made fresh when you come in. We saw her cutting up the fries from fresh potatoes. Nice little establishment you for sure have to try!”

“The food is good but what is really outstanding is the service. Very, very friendly and even when they are busy will go out of their way to get your order to you quickly and correct. As everyone knows I’m sure, that is a very rare thing these days and I hope they never change.”

“Let’s start with the food it has to be probably the most perfectly cooked clean food. I have to also give some props for the customer service, there’s always a sweet young man working in the front that never fails to assist in any way. Atmosphere is inevitable to not be the best as in a 5 star restaurant although for chicken and fish and chicken shop it has to be by far the finest I’ve walked into. For everyone whose has the cravings or interest for any delicious fried food I’d highly recommend.!”

“I called ahead of time to place my order. It was ready within 10 mins. The staff was sweet and very helpful. Everyone said hello and made sure I had placed my order. The restaurant was clean. It's in downtown Park Forest which was neat.I ordered the small tip & wing and brisket. Both were tasty and well seasoned. The tips were meaty and tender. The chicken was perfectly done. The brisket wasn't too fatty, but wasn't too dry...it was done just right. The Mac & cheese was good too.Everything was delish.”

“Food and service are always first rate. My Bouillabaisse was flavorful with good sized mussels, shrimp, and white fish. Loved the broth. My spouse's fried chicken was delicious. Our server was attentive and professional. The Beignets were light, fluffy, and a perfect end to our meal.”

“I was there with a group we had an excellent time. There were many Polish entries to choose from. I had the Polish dinner plate which was excellent. We had a young waitress who did a excellent job in taking care of us. The polish beer was excellent also”

“Service was good! I appreciate that they have fresh squeezed orange juice but what needs to be changed is the name of their red velvet french toast. It should be red velvet cake roll toasted. I was very disappointed that it was a cake and not bread.”

“Visiting my son and he suggested this “place for tacos”. Well it was way beyond tacos. This is a jewel of a place literally hidden in south suburban Chicago. The chef is adventurous and he goes way beyond traditional Mexican fare. We had an amazing mussels in chipotle sauce, that you will want extra bread for dipping. My son had a massive salmon burrito. He said the salmon was cooked to perfection. The chefs special was a four cheese ravioli with crawfish and a delicious sauce. Again, not your typical Mexican dish but terrific.The place was sadly deserted on a Tuesday night. I hope people check it out as it deserves love.”

“Haven’t been to Aurelio’s to know how great of a pizza they serve. I also appreciated walking into the architectural space. It had a nice, old school, vintage, and woodsy feel with the chandelier lighting and the street signs decorations, as you walk in to be seated. Customer service was great. The waitress was awesome and took care of my drink, when refills were needed.As far as food goes, I ordered a Medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and garlic. The protein toppings were cooked phenomenally. They blended well with the garlic and cheese, melting in your mouth. The sauce was excellent. It wasn’t too salty and sweet. Had the right amount of flavor to blend the toppings together. The crust was crunchy and cooked perfectly to hold the pizza together. I’d definitely would come back.”

“I had no idea this place existed before this weekend and I’m so glad I found it!! They have a ton of wines on tap and a dozen or so bourbons too. My husband and I are bourbon drinkers and I’ve started to get into wine more so this place was perfect.We did not get a chance to try any of their food as we had just come from dinner.We told the lady that helped us that it was our first time here and she walked us around and explained everything to us. “I've only had the Italian ice in all the times I've been. They have a bunch of different flavors to choose from. My only gripe is that the line takes forever even when it isn't busy-minimum 10 mins. BUT The Italian ice is worth the wait!Parking: Drive thru only. No parking.”
