“If you want a freshly made, warm burger for an affordable price, this is the place to go. I usually never got food at dairy queen because obviously the hype revolves around the ice cream, which is understandable but I think the burgers are underrated. They usually also have a deal where you can get 2 for I think $6 which is so worth it.“
“The women that run the drive through are AWESOME. Friday April 5th 2024, one of the ladies came running out as we were pulling away to get onto University Ave. to tell us that we were short 1 taco. As fast as she was to catch us, and; as we were ready to back up, they had it in a bag ready to go for us.I know what you're thinking; just one taco? It’s not about that. It’s about the fact that something so SMALL as being short one taco means that they care enough to get it right by catching us before we left. They were both smiling and laughing while they brought it to us in our car. Service is a hard job and these women at this Taco Bell know how to do service right.Thank you.“
“I gotta stick up for this McDonalds. Everywhere in champaign/urbana the service is horrible and that is a reflection of the workers who live in the town. This is a poor area, with people who just don't care and refuse to do anything to a standard. Every major chain you go to in this town, you will be disappointed and underwhelmed. You ever been to Wendy's lately? Yea the lady making your burger is on crack or a nice dose of meth. The fact this McDonalds is so busy and cranks it out, with a sub standard employee pool to choose from is amazing. It's not perfect, but they get the job done and that's about as much as you can ask from anyone in this town.“
“Like most places these days, just because you are a customer standing at the front counter doesn't mean there is any reason for employees to rush to the cash register to take your order. When my order was taken, they did a fine job of cooking it, assembling it, and serving it with a fair amount of friendliness which seems rare these days also. The store could use a carpet change but it was as clean as you can possibly get it.“
“There was an issue with my order and the woman behind the counter was great about it. She made my food and apologized the whole time. Employees like this woman make me want to come back to places time and time again! The interaction makes me thankful for the issue to have happened in the first place!“

“I visit this subway frequently. I have gone to many subways, and as of the past 5 years most of them skimp out on the meat. The women, who I presume is the owner, does anything but this.If you were to double your meat you would be quadrupling it by comparison to every other subway restaurant in Illinois. The women is kind, polite, courteous, and the bread is fresh! Another thing that is severely lacking at most subways.It costs $200,000 to open a subway franchise, and I understand why others try to cut costs, but this shop does anything but that! I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. Never would have guessed the best subway in town is hiding in a Walmart.“

“The. Best. Philly. Cheesesteak. EVER!! Better than Penn Station and Niro's Gyros! I also tried their wings and fries. When you order 3 wings, you actually get 6. They give you the entire wing and tip. However, they give you naked fried chicken, you have to order Buffalo or BBQ sauce. Can't wait to try more of their menu!!“
