“There was an issue with my order and the woman behind the counter was great about it. She made my food and apologized the whole time. Employees like this woman make me want to come back to places time and time again! The interaction makes me thankful for the issue to have happened in the first place!“
“I visit this subway frequently. I have gone to many subways, and as of the past 5 years most of them skimp out on the meat. The women, who I presume is the owner, does anything but this.If you were to double your meat you would be quadrupling it by comparison to every other subway restaurant in Illinois. The women is kind, polite, courteous, and the bread is fresh! Another thing that is severely lacking at most subways.It costs $200,000 to open a subway franchise, and I understand why others try to cut costs, but this shop does anything but that! I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. Never would have guessed the best subway in town is hiding in a Walmart.“

“Heard a lot about this chain but as a Non American never had the chance to try it yet until today for lunch since this location is about 10 min walking from my hotel has I'm visitiotng my man here in illinois I decided to give this chain a try and definitely not disappointed. Sandwich and service were both pretty good. the only thing i'm a bit disapointed is that for the dessert i was expected a warm hot brownies and not something already prepacked . Also if i knew the sub was coming with lettuce and tomatoes in I would've ask to not put some in as I'm picky so had to remove them which got my hands messy . but in general I did love it and definitely would return at Jimmy john's .“
“I wanted to mention in my review that the delivery person, who typically rides a bike and brings the meal in a food bag, deserves some sort of promotion. He consistently has a positive attitude and brings the meal to my workplace without any food or beverage falling out of the bag, etc.“
“Very impressively clean. I came in the afternoon and it looked like it just opened. Nothing in the case looked slimy, or old or wilted, just extremely fresh. The prep board was well-cleaned after each sandwich, and staff washed their hands a lot. Even the floors were very clean, despite the rainy day and wet shoes. Bread seemed extra good, service was quick and friendly. Probably my favorite subway location I've ever been to.“
“Stumbled across this gem on accident today! This place is Amazing! The guy working was super nice (and gave me Swiss cheese instead of American :) ) I got the fat walk of shame and it was sooooooo good!!! He even let me pick music to listen to! “I eat here about once a week, and I always love my sandwich. I get the $4.99 footlong, and it's a really good price. I only eat half the sandwich for dinner, so I have two dinners for only $4.99. And it's really healthy too. Not much calories and you choose what you want. You can't beat that. You could get every vegetable that they have, and they can't charge you any extra. I love subway. Any subway.“
“Not sure if they're under new management or what, but our last few visits have been great. We've had a few incidents in the past with cold fries and a dirty atmosphere, but they've really stepped up their game! The food was hot and the tables were clean. The staff was also really helpful and polite.“

Once these folks opened up shop they brought to the table what this area needed! Great quality sandwiches backed by great quality service! I have tried just about everything on their menu and I have never been disappointed. They truly have a passion and you can see and taste that in their product! That’s hard to find now days.
