First time at a new church today and I was invited to lunch by the pastor and several other people. It seems McAlister's is one of their go to places. It is a nice looking place with counter ordering and table service. They are apparently known for their sweet tea, which I passed on as I prefer unsweetened tea and not diabetes in a cup. Cheapest plastic silverware ever. Come on, McAllisters. I like the food, and the restaurant itself, but really, the worst silverware ever. Now I have to bring my own silverware. Never had to do that with anyone else.

Went here on a saturday and was craving corned beef. i ordered a cornbeef and the sandwich was thinner than i thoguth it would be for the price. Not many employees we working but they were a nice bunch. Probably will not go
