“Jersey Mike's is one of those quintessential go to, fast food, east coast hoagie and cheese steak Sammy fixing places. You'll always, generally, find them clean, customer service generally three to five star ( depending upon the age of the server behind the counter), but ever big smiles on their faces, and consistently pretty darn good all over the country. I discovered Jersey Mike's as a local franchise and have since bumped into them all over the nation. “First time at a new church today and I was invited to lunch by the pastor and several other people. It seems McAlister's is one of their go to places. It is a nice looking place with counter ordering and table service. They are apparently known for their sweet tea, which I passed on as I prefer unsweetened tea and not diabetes in a cup. The unsweetened tea was really good though. I had a spicy southwest chicken sandwich and a fruit cup side. It was a good choice as the sandwich was pretty tasty though nothing too special. It was good enough that I will gladly go back with this group from my new church it won't necessarily seek it out on my own as I tend to prefer locally owned smaller places. Still good though.“
“I only go to this location. I really enjoy seeing the staff when I come in. The ladies are very nice, attentive, and truly are hard working. The food is good but I can't say anything past a spicy Italian. That's all I get when I'm here. I ride my bike here because it so close, and I usually switch between potbelly and subway. Clean store.“

“Recently came here during my lunch, me and my coworker placed separate orders online and we were there within 5 minutes and everything was already made for us for pick up which was great. Place can be a bit hard to find. Store is clean, friendly staff too, quick and swift service.“
“Wow! There's nothing I enjoy more than a delicious sandwich made of fresh ingredients served with a cup of soup. I reluctantly went to potbelly due to my previous experience a couple of months ago being tremendously lackluster. Which might be over stating the atrocities witnessed back then. I was delighted to find out that customer service has obviously been their top priority and I must say kudos. The place looks clean and inviting with their standards elevated across the board. I tried a sandwich called the wreck and an employee named Michael suggested adding capicola which produced quite literally the best sandwich I have ever had. If I could give my experience more stars, I without a doubt would. Thanks Michael for the great service and suggestion. I'll be back soon.“

“I have been a customer since they opened about 40 years ago?? I remember walking home from Central school and scrounging up enough money to buy a Scotcharoo with my best friend. This deli is such an important fixture in Libertyville and it's always evolving. I had two vegan salads today that were delicious. Last week I had a shrimp po boy that was also yummy. They never disappoint and the food and service is always excellent. Thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you!“
“I ordered a tuna sub. It was good but I wanted just a little more taste. Oil and vinegar would have been perfect but it was not offered. The lady working was 5 stars. She was personable, friendly, and fast. I would give them another visit for sure if I get back to that area.“
