When you step into any kind of restaurant, the first thing you'd notice is the cleanliness. In this particular McDonald's, it is unfortunately filled with flies in the entire back area of the dining section. I had seen that made a few customers leave the area after getting their food in a to go bag and not want to dine in because the group of flies wouldn't leave them alone. The regular employees doesn't seem to mind the cleanliness being unclean as they're not actively cleaning...read full review

I order food through the drive-through and we paid and they told us to wait in the reserve parking spot for food and we waited an hour and a force do I had to come out, but did a personal order before us got the food and we did it, so I just went in there and got my money back I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s

Had issues the one time I tried the stand--alone McDonald's down the road, wanted to try the new Cheesy Jalapeño breakfast sandwich so I mobile ordered a Cheesy Jalapeño Egg McMuffin. Got home & found a Sausage Egg McMuffin with Jalapeños...and no cheese sauce...and a muffin that was HEAVILY burned around the edge. Checked the app & found the only way to complain about a problem with an order was to return to the store, by the time I got there they would've been done serving...read full review
