“I placed an order for my students the morning of and the staff were very helpful! Upon arrival (earlier than expected time), they had everything packed up & ready to go. They made the tax-exempt process so easy! My students enjoyed the sandwiches and I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future!“
“I was unaware of their Unwich, which substitutes a lettuce wrap for the roll, until last week. I cannot eat wheat rolls, so the Unwich now lets me enjoy JJs with my family, who love their sandwiches. Only suggestion - they could offer gluten-free rolls.“
“Had a decent lunch, sub was pretty typical of the chain with no surprises except I thought it was little on proteins - maybe. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. I did buy a meal wanting tea for my drink, I even said it. But then no tea in the containers which sucked - guess I’ll look next time.“

The guy calls me bc my order went through in three different parts so he wanted to make sure it was all correct. Was an absolute sweetheart! Sandwiches and staff get a 10/10 from me. “Sandwich was good as I expect from a chain restaurant, Employees are doing what they gotta do, although the 4 star was for the dirty table, I was eating my sandwich at, even though when I walked in, the employees were chillin in the back. Doesn't take more than 2 mins to wipe down tables.“
“This Subway is better than these reviews suggest. It's run by a family so you'll almost always have either the mom or her son helping you and they're both super nice. Food prep is fine, no issues with ingredients or assembly. I stop here every few weeks during errands and it's always perfectly fine.“

“I have been a customer since they opened about 40 years ago?? I remember walking home from Central school and scrounging up enough money to buy a Scotcharoo with my best friend. This deli is such an important fixture in Libertyville and it's always evolving. I had two vegan salads today that were delicious. Last week I had a shrimp po boy that was also yummy. They never disappoint and the food and service is always excellent. Thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you!“
