The staff was so incredibly sweet. I work in hospitality so I love good customer service and the four people I interacted with all were kind. I asked a question of one person and when he didn’t know the answer, he referred me to someone else who could answer it. The only problem I have is not necessarily with this location but maybe the company. This company has been my fave sandwich on the go spot for years. They have definitely cut down on the toppings (meat/cheese/lettuce/mayo)....read full review
They are by far the best place for a quick and great sandwich.I tried them on a whim and am now hooked on their veggie melt. Everything is fresh, and the service is excellent. It reminds me of the old deli style restaurants when I was a kid. The atmosphere is great.

The food was great as always. The lady behind the counter definitely had a poor attitude. I asked a question regarding soup, to which she responded with a very snarky answer. Besides that I highly recommend a nice warm soup and a sandwich.
