“We arrived around 7 pm. We were the only guests. The owner came out and delivered the menu. No liquor license. She said one can bring their own. One of our group left for wine. We began with pot stickers and egg rolls. Both very good. We ordered thai fried rice, orange chicken and a broccoli beef entree. Would not recommend the beef. Orange chicken perfect. Fried rice average. Little chicken and limited veggies. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner as documented and would return or secure carryout.“
“My most highly ordered dish is vegan Thai curry fried rice + Add fried tofu. It tastes good. But the only drawback is that I can't rely on consistency. Sometimes they add all stir fry vegetables.sometimes just peas n carrot. Sometimes rice is sticky. Other times it's really nice n fluffy. Sometimes tofu is really deep fried.Sometimes it is just sauteed.Pls maintain consistency.“
“Revisiting Bombay Chopsticks after many years, this time at their Naperville location, was a delightful surprise, showcasing how much the restaurant has evolved and improved over time. Gone are the days of the ubiquitous red sauce dominating every dish. Instead, the menu now boasts a more diverse array of Indian-Chinese cuisine, with flavors that remind me of Kolkata's unique Chinese offerings. The restaurant itself feels fresh and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out, even more, was the exceptional service, particularly from our server, Francis, who was understanding and patient, even as our toddler made a mess with noodles. It's clear that Bombay Chopsticks has not only kept up with the times but has elevated its dining experience significantly.“
“Thai First is an amazing restaurant with kind service, and the food is delicious! I just had a basil fried rice with shrimp and it was amazing! The shrimp is very good! Some places use a lower quality shrimp from what I’ve seen but the shrimp here is phenomenal! Especially in the fried rice, that dish was so good. I also had a pad thai with beef, easily one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant. Prices are decent and the service was wonderful. 10/10! :)Vegetarian options: The menu allows people to order tofu or mixed veggies with their meal, which is very nice!“
“Everything I or my family have had here has been very tasty. Great Thai iced tea and boba. I am also a big fan of their crab rangoon. Lots of filling and not at all greasy. And the peanut sauce is awesome. My mom loves their shrimp appetizer that comes wrapped like a crispy spring roll.“
“Recently ordered the shrimp Shumai for appetizer and the pad Thai basil chicken entree. Both were very good but the hot sauce was not what I expected for Thai how sauce. The staff was friendly and had my to go order ready right after I arrived. I would recommend them for good Thai food.“
“Bua Thai never disappoints. I usually phone in my order but decided to stop in on my way home.Ordered there at the front desk, should be out in about 10. Not a problem she said, have a sit here. She come out with the best ginger tea while I'm waiting. No doubt about it that I'll be back!Just go!“
“A small thai restaurant that pretty much has customers shoulder to shoulder. I was expecting them not to have an orange dish on the menu, but to my surprise they recently added orange karaage which is just lightly breaded white meat chicken chunks tossed with a very mild orange sauce and vegetables. It comes with a side of fried rice. I also opted for shrimp cigars which is just shrimp and basil with a spring roll wrap. The entrees are about $13-$16 and the appetizers are between $8-$13.The food was ready in about 10 minutes. They brought out the entree first then the shrimp cigar appetizer (possibly a kitchen mishap there.) The sauces, including the dipping sauce for the shrimp cigars added nothing, being almost bland. The shrimp cigars themselves were disappointing because you take one bite, pull out the little bit of shrimp/basil then are left with half a spring roll shell. The food overall is ok, but lacks a lot of flavor. Everything was cooked well, with the chicken being juicy with a crisp outer layer which adds to the confusion as to why the food isn't better tasting. They also need to do a better job of highlighting drinks. The staff was nice, checked in every once in awhile & cleaned tables immediately after customers left. You can tell this is one of those spots where they expect you to eat your food quickly then leave, but are nice about it. In the modern age it's actually nice that they even have a place sit down.Vegetarian options: Spring rolls, every dish can just not have meat addedParking: Strip mall and metra parking lotKid-friendliness: Decent place to take kidsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking“
“This is my go to Thai place, try the crispy pad thai, very good and intersting dish you dont find at all thai places, baby bags are great as well although I think they may call them by a different name now, guessing someone got offended. I will say at times it can be hit or miss, owner had mentioned at one point touble finding cooks but overall the place is very good“
“Overall (A-) It's a great local safe bet place. The food is not excellent but pretty good and the lunch specials are a great value. Food (B) So I got the seafood fried rice lunch special. Included is chicken/rice soup and dumplings. All of the items were good. Safe bet local dining option quality. If I lived close by and wanted a Thai fix - I would order lunch from here Value (A+) Excellent value - especially in this economy. The lunch specials start at less than $10 and include soup and appetizers. It's a great deal. I think I was out the door with tip and tax and upgrade to seafood for $15. Service (A) Excellent friendly and quick service. If you are craving Thai, are near by and want a great value - check this place out.“
“Excellent Thai food for sure however I have one pet peeve: We ordered a curry dish and the white rice portion was tiny. When I got up from the table to ask for more they charged me $2 more. Curry is served over rice. How cheap can you get? You can buy white rice in 25lb bags for $18 and that's a retail price. No excuse here, sorry. This is unacceptable.“
“Nice thai place in Lombard I went on ash weds as well as valentines day so I picked vegetarian dishes as i wasnt eating meat. I was really impressed at all the dishes everything was delicious and tasty. the service was super fast too we didn't wait that long and the waitress was friendly. it's more a pick up and go place however there are tables set up for 2 to 4 ppl within the restaurant and it's very cozy and clean inside. highly recommend this place I'll be back again.“
“Great family-owned restaurant. Our favorite place for Thai food. Ning, the owner, prepares a variety of classic Thai dishes and offers new takes on classic flavors. Try the Happy Wraps, Ning's Wings, any Curry, Peanut Chicken Rama Noodles and don't forget Mangoes and Sticky Rice.“
“Peak Thai Aurora does it again! Pouy from their Lombard location is helping run the show here too. Here’s what to expect:- Super friendly and attentive staff, dine in to get the best experience!!- Delicious, authentic Thai food made fresh with fresh vegetables and ingredients and quality meat (all halal, no pork served)- Seating inside is comparable to their Lombard location, although the parking here is a lot better- Must try their chicken panang curry and sweet and sour dishes!Dietary restrictions: Zabiha halal certifiedKid-friendliness: High chairs available, good seating“
“Thana Thai is an absolute gem, I'm so thrilled I found this restaurant. The Panang noodles were creamy and truly delicious with the perfect texture. The crab ragoons were fabulous and different than any that I had before. The taste of cream cheese and crab flavors merging with the crispy exterior was divine. The sweet and sour sauce served with the crab ragoon was a sensational experience for the taste buds. I must say that I have found my new favorite Thai restaurant. Kudos to Thana Thai for the magical experience“
“Ate last night, and had the hibachi but the chicken was a little overdone. Others had the pad thai and said it tasted a little different than other places but was a good-tasting dish. We liked the ginger salad dressing, I just would have liked more of it. Service was spot on with the wait staff. Food took a little while to get but reasonable. We would come here again to try the hot pots.“
“I have eaten takeout from here serveral times and it was amazing. My husband and I decided to dine in for lunch today and it was amazing. The customer service is amazing, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was amazing. Our hostess/waitress was great. The garlic chicken you can never go wrong and the chicken paradise was also good. We will have date night here soon“
“Take out food was fresh and ready when we arrived! All the dishes were finished so my family liked it! I just wanted to add that my vegetable dish was good but it seemed to lack flavor and sauce was thin. Would recommend and would come back. They are take out only now.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be ordered with veggies.“
“We accidentally ordered take out from this restaurant instead our usual Chinese place...and we never have looked back. We have found something different every time and are not disappointed. My elementary kids love the sesame chicken. We went to the restaurant today and it looks just as good as the food. Try this place out.“
“I've had them bookmarked and so glad we visited for lunch. They have an egg roll check in offer on Yelp for over $20 orders. They are great and crunchy. I went with the pepper steak. Very tender beef and went mild for the perfect level of heat. I ended up taking half home as it was a large serving. Sister is vegan and enjoyed the Roma noodle with tofu. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend it to Thai lovers.“
“A family-owned restaurant! Everyone is very friendly and respectful, decent food, large portions. With the portions served, 3 - 4 people can eat and enjoy very filling food. It's a small clean spot, the bathrooms are also clean, Spanish and English-speaking people work in this location. Dine with confidence.“
“A great experience all around. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. The portions are big so there was enough to take some home too! We will make this a regular spot to grab authentic Thai food! The prices are reasonable as well!“
