From the negative customer service, wrong order, broken pop machine with no ice and the cockroach in the play area this place makes the chum bucket look like a 5 start establishment. Do not go here.
This location needs some help.Compared to McDonalds, this is like a ghost town. There is hardly any customers even at peak times, not sure they could handle more customers though because its so thinly staffed.Its the only play place in Woodstock and my kids love it, which is the only reason I go.Last time we were there, the cashier was clearly stressed out by having to cover the drive through and the inside of the store. I don't come here often but when I do the person that works the drive thru (I think it's the manager) short brown hair is always very kind. I've never had a bad experience with this location. Keep up the good work!
