Although I had good customer service, the food was not fresh....and I'm not sure what they gave me to drink. It tasted like they hadn't cleaned their soda machine in YEARS!!!! Just nasty.

We drive a ways to get to THIS particular B King when we need to fill our craving. It's nicely appointed and the staff her is always kind and energetic. Today all of our options were dropped fresh and everything was very tasty. The only issue were the bathrooms... ? Both dirty, toilets I flushed, litter on the floors (and I know because I went to wash my hands as did my husband and we both came out a little miffed). That one thing can be corrected to make this store the tops!
