Went here and ordered the smoores blizzard. I was 3rd in line and when it was my turn at the window I paid cash ($20 and exact change) the cashier doesn't hand me my change until I asked. The blizzard was pretty much already melting by the time it was in my hands and was half @s.edmade and no gramcrackers at all in it. The dairy queens in aurora and oswego are 100 Times better.
Please have team members wash their hands regularly or wear gloves. Went through the drive through and the person who took our money and gave us our blizzards had crumbs and who knows what else on her hands. Very off-putting
