Thanks for a variety of menu options. We love Panera. There is an egg & cheese bagel menu option. When I place an order for egg & cheese bagel with egg white and add spinach, red onion and tomato, please do not charge me for the avocado, egg white, cheese bagel sandwich. I had the best and memorable experience at this Panera with Cici. As we all know Customer Service in general has degraded however, Cici is the kind of Customer Service we hope for when entering a business. Her smile was contagious and she greeted everyone who passed her or were waiting on food. Panera foods tastes Great! TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE operation at this Yorkville location. They are confused and they do not care about customers for some crazy reason! Particularly if you call in your order drive all the way over there and pick it up when you get home you realize that almost every time something is missing.
