Wendy's in Yorkville has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been too in my life. I used their App and tried to claim an offer and that's where the problem began. I asked employee who said her name is Lydia for help and she said no. I was supposed to get a free breakfast sandwich with purchase and was refused when I proved what the app said. ordered 2 10 piece nuggets by themselves, got to the window and the kid in the window said my total was $5 something. Thought that was odd considering I ordered 2 10 pieces so I asked “that was for the 2 10 piece nuggets right?” And he agrees so I pay. Get home and it’s literally only 1 10 piece.
