There is accumulated grime on the floor where booth seat bases meet the floor or walls meet the floor. Underneath the cabinets where dishes, silverware are placed also has accumulated grime and debris. Some vinyl covered booth seats are torn. Some seats need more padding. There is no handicap space or ramped sidewalk for wheel chairs within 50 feet of an entry door. The door that is near a handicap space is exit only. It's not really worth getting into, but the service here is certainly not on par with many of the Panera Bread locations that I have gone to. I also noticed that the name tag of someone there that has a permanent scowl on their face, is also the name that's on the glass door that you enter.
