This place has really gone down hill! The fountain drinks machine is broken but no one tells you before you order and pay at the kiosk! The workers are in their own world so it's nearly impossible to get them to acknowledge you! The soap dispenser is broken in the women's restroom and the toilet seats are old and disgusting. The store is just unkempt and needs a make over. The onion rings tasted like old oil. Oh, and the drive thru was blocked by their delivery truck for 2 hours...read full review
We wanted to stop and get something fast to and get back on the road..but that didn't happen. We stopped because there weren't any cars in the parking lot and a couple in drive thru. When you walk in,you are greeted with a sign to order from the keyosk and pay there. There were 3 card only and 1 cash/card. The girl that worked there was very friendly in helping navigate it. I haven't eaten at this location in years due to the quality. My family and I stopped in for dinner and all of the food was better then I've ever had at a Steak n Shake. Shout out to James Lawson and the crew back there, everything was amazing. So amazing, I literally asked the cook for his name because I'm not coming here unless he's working.
