Don't order through the app if you like to make customizations to your sandwich. I like getting the breakfast sandwiches, but the default option is on a flatbread. Every time I have asked them to put it on Italian bread instead. Nobody actually reads the receipt, which says right on there as the first customization to please use Italian bread. Very surprised by some of the reviews. I go here on a regular basis and the service has always been great. And everyone is always friendly. I drive a little further than my nearest location because they are so friendly. Store is always clean and the bread is always fresh. The young lady who served me today around 3:15p was terrific. Thank you!
I am done with this Subway. It seems that the last few times my husband and I have ate t this store, we have had an issue. Tonight, I stopped and picked up a couple of sandwiches for dinner, and when I walked in and saw them being made, I immediately could tell it was going to be a mess and fall apart when I started to eat mine. When I pointed it out to the girl who seemed to be in charge, she very passively said "I disagree" with the most fake smile I have ever received in food...read full review
