I went back to them for an exchange because I thought they gave me wrong pretzels. It turned out to be my mistake on the order, but she still gave me a new cup of pretzels that I actually wanted.
They had pretzels available (11:25am) in the case today today and said they weren't open for another 10 mins because they had to fill the case completely..Went back later (12:05) and still waited another 10 minutes with one person in front of me.All around it's been not so good lately.The customer service is ridiculous and down rite rude. I understand short staffed and overwhelmed but my lanta.!
