The drinks are always amazing and the food is very good. Our service wasn't the best. We waited for a long time before our server returned so we could order more drinks and then they just left for the evening apparently but never let us know. Eventually another server came by and we were able to order another round but the overall service wasn't what we are used to at C3.
Our third time here, and never disappointed. Service was excellent, attentive (nice job, Andy!). Food and wine were all tasty. Surroundings/decor were pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit! Can't wait for outdoor dining and music!

We have been going here for several years and have only had very positive experiences. Despite the fact that C3 is referred to as a "bar" the food is without a doubt good restaurant quality. There is a good variety of interesting mixed drinks that fit a variety of likes and moods, and they rotate the list seasonally. The atmosphere is refreshing in a town like Bloomington.
