I LOVE LA POBLANA! If you don't listen to any of my reviews, please listen to this one. Not only is La Poblana my favorite food truck, but I would argue that it is one of my favorite mexican spots I've ever been to. First, the food is absolutely amazing. I just tried La Poblana for the first time today. The tacos were so good, and their sauces were bomb too. Great service. I’m definitely eating their again.
