“Excellent burger flight!! I love food so it's always hard to choose.. being able to select 3 different flavors - so worth it!! The apple butter whatever sauce that came with the sweet potato fries was a huge surprise-i thought it was BBQ sauce when I saw it. SO delicious!!!“
“$10 lunch menu is absolutely worth it. Good burger. Good chicken sandwich. If you’re in the area it’s worth the stop. Good selection of food and drink options.Parking: Difficult to find parking during peak timesKid-friendliness: Kids menu“
“Their chili in a bread bowl is just the thing for a cold, breezy, late winter day in Indiana! It's a little pricey, but worth it. Their chili has a nice cayenne "kick" to it. Up here, chili is served with beans. Friends down in Texas might clutch their pearls about that, but I like chili with beans and this is a VERY respectable chili!“
“One of the best and most consistent burgers to be had anywhere, those butter burgers! And the fries, always done to perfection! Never cold and stiff or hard and tasteless. Hot and crisp on the outside, soft and potato-ie on the inside. However, I'm still trying to figure out how to fill my cup with delicious, creamy Culver's Diet Root Beer in under three minutes. That foam, probably a big part of what makes it so tasty!“
“I've always liked this location. Today we came to celebrate my best friend's birthday brunch. Zach, our server was amazing. He made sure our drinks were refilled and made sure we knew what was going on with the menu. Plus we just loved his personality. We had our choice of brunch or the full menu. We started out with the whipped feta which was plentiful and delicious with the warm pita, we had to order a few more since we ran out but they came out pretty quick. We all ordered off the brunch menu - the breakfast sandwich, the eggs and hash, and the big nasty. We all left satisfied and full!!!“
“Fast, fresh grilled burgers that just hit the spot! Milkshakes that a little pricy, but dang good! Free peanuts while you wait and the super cool Drink dispensers with a ton of different flavor options! Take your time, eat some peanuts, and enjoy these burgers, fries and shakes!“
“Wheelchair accessibility: We were able to get my dad's wheelchair inside. Other customers very kindly held the doors for us. Lucky for us the restaurant wasn't very crowded that day so we had room to stow dad's chair out of the way.“
“Muncie location on Sunday evening....place was not busy at all...service was slow....over hour and half for food with minimal server interaction. food was wrong (all 3 orders!!)...no fix. no comp pretty much worst dining experience I've ever had do not recommend. go somewhere else.“
“I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, onion rings and a drink. The quality was solid. The sauce was a bit excessive on the Buffalo but delicious. My only knock was the price. I had almost 18 for a lunch at a fast(ish) food joint. For that price I would go to 5 guys.“
“Our server was awesome! I know they were busy tonight, maybe a bit short staffed, but Joe was always on it with checking in, getting us drink refills, getting us more boneless wings etc. The host who sat us was also super funny and checked in on our table, making sure we had everything we needed :) great service guys!“
“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“
“Most times I visit I go for the lamb burger - it's that good. However, I have probably had most things on the at this point after dining at BRU Burgers for many years now. The Bru Board (charcuterie and cheese) always makes for a great starter, but the Garlic Three Cheese and Melt Your Face burgers are the standouts that really differentiate BRU from your typical burger joint. Not a fan of their fries, but I am a fan of their black pepper mayo that steals the show. If you're looking for lighter fare, the sriracha Caesar salad (add salmon!) is my favorite and has just enough kick to elevate it beyond traditional. I'd probably skip the wings (only offered in one flavor) but this is a burger place and they do them all very well. Service has always been consistently good with only some minor hiccups which are quickly resolved. It's unabashedly a burger restaurant and, if that's what you're in the mood for, add BRU to your short list of places to go.Parking: During peak times it can be difficult to find close parking near the front, main entrance. However, there is additional parking available in the back.“
