I haven't written a poor review before this one. I ordered online, my order I received was wrong, not what I ordered. The employee and manager were not friendly, not accommodating nor interested in trying to help me. The manger said there is nothing she can do about a refund, or giving me the correct item in exchange. That I'd have to eat the cost and buy the item again. Probably the worst staffed Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The staff does not help each other move quickly, or on the line. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go in. This location ONLY survives on brand name. Every time I go in I kick myself for forgetting this.

They skimp so hard on the food here. I ordered a burrito bowl and my bowl looked half empty. The portion sizes are minuscule. I also got the chips and queso and their queso serving was tiny. Basically a “shot” of queso. I asked for more and he said that it was the serving size. It is enough queso for 5 chips. They seem to be trying to cut cost by giving people much less.
