I didn't think the food was very good, though it was tidy and nice service. The only food that was good was the polish sausage, and the cinnamon roll was decent. Don't think I would be going back.
Been going here for months, twice a week. I loved it so much. As an European, I love easy hand foods, and they have such delicious flavor combos!However, the service usually doesn't feel inviting. And the food has been incredibly inconsistent. Both in temperature after warming it up for you, and the stuffing itself. I had a super early, and pretty large order. The website wasn’t going to let me get it at the time I needed it, but Manuela answered my phone call and assured me that she could make it happen (with enough notice, of course). Fast forward to pickup, and it was there ready for me right when I needed it. Kolache Factory is already one of my favorite places, but the great service at this particular location means I’ll.
