We ordered a pickup order last night while we were in town for a short getaway. There was a hiccup with the order and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. He was very nice and so was the bartender as we chatted during my wait for the correction. I really wish we would have had more time so we could have dined in. I really liked the atmosphere. Cute spot, floor manager was personable and present. Service was attentive.Food was pretty heavily savory. Skip the classic meatball...overly salty and texture and flavor was ok. Fried chicken meatball was fun, bacon meatball had a nice depth of flavor and consistency. Beef meatball was good as well. Spicy marinara had a cute kick but the best sauce was BBQ.

Been here several times and service is always slow. But since the food is OK and tibia the only place in the mall you can get a table during lunch, I keep coming back. Not sure what the whole excitement about their meatballs is. They are ok. But that is all. Decent fries, ok sliders.
