Service was amazing From, the hostess to the server wonderful people. The restaurant could be cleaner but it’s not filthy. The food was fine. It was typical Olive Garden and they were generous with salad, breadsticks cheese, etc etc. . We wanted to celebrate a family member who was over coming a major time in their life. Their favorite restaurant is Olive Garden. I first called the location in Plainfield and there managers were too busy with a meeting to be bothered to talk to me. Next I called the Greenwood location which gave me the run around and they were so disrespectful. The manager was a horrible person to deal with. So next I called this location (Carmel). Fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken was dry, not enough sauce. I didn't care for the breading on the chicken. It was a tad bit greasy and no flavor. I make it better, and I'm not a chef.The bread sticks were hard and tasteless. They must have set out all day.The salad was the only thing that seemed fresh.
