The last few visits there have been progressively more disappointing.On my most recent visit, it took 10+ minutes to get someone to take my order, when there were no lines to speak of. I made eye contact with a few employees who were busy chatting amongst themselves, but didn't seem to take interest in whether I needed help. Very disappointed. We used to love the Mediterranean bowl but today it was like someone threw a salad on top of quinoa. No olives, no tahini and no feta. Plus we ordered 2 bowls and only got 1 baguette. The only plus was the girl working the takeout window was friendly.

They are definitely changing up the menu at Panera. They were very low on cookies and baked goods, but it was 4 PM. Staff stood around chatting with each other while tables, floors, and restrooms needed cleaning. Salad was fresh and tasty. Iced tea was cloudy, which means it's not fresh, and the container needs cleaning. Come on, Panera! Dirty floors, tables, and restrooms reflect what is going on in the kitchen!
