As someone who really loves eating at Red Robins, this one was quite a disappointment. Almost felt like I didn't have a server. A big selling point is "bottomless sides" and yet the only time the server came back around for me to even ask for more was by the time I was already done eating. Endless sides I guess means, the server will ask you if everything is OK, but not if you want more salad. I ordered the chocolate chip fudge filled cookies to go. In the later part of afternoon. Noone really in the restaurant. In carmel. Amd it took 15 minutes to get my cookies brought to me. When I opened them up, they're still frozen hard from the walk in. Very disappointing experience.
