Owner is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. That is one of the reasons we go there often but most importantly we love her food, especially their aloo paratha. They used to serve that every Wednesday but they changed their menu recently. Thank God the owner is helpful enough and told us that she could make them for us if we call hours in advance although the item is no longer listed in the menu! Highly recommend this place.
I opened the Yelp app to find some vegan food, and Numkeenz was at the top of the list. I noticed that the reviews were stellar, so my wife and I thought we would give them a try and are so glad we did! The couple running the place were very helpful guiding us through the menu, being sensitive to the spice level we could each handle. The service was good other than we had to ask for more water. Word of advice, make sure your idea of mild and medium aligns with your server's. Otherwise, for Yelpers like me who can't eat hot spicy food due to stomach surgery, a dish may be inedible. And I don't mean inedible because it's bad.. everything I tasted was amazing!! I'm just glad what I ordered was not as spicy as the item my date ordered.
