We ordered 2 Soft Taco Party Packs and 1 Crunchy Taco Party Pack and they literally had half of the fillings they should have had in them. The ONLY reason they are getting 3 stars is because the manager Eric was so kind and respectful when I called to let them know how disappointed I was. He explained how he had received multiple complaints on this issue and was extremely apologetic - even offering to remake our food or give a us full refund. I meant to post this sooner but forgot. My husband and I went to dine in a few days ago. The service was wonderful and the food was fresh and great. We've eaten here before and it was ok. But this time it was great. Not sure if they are under different management or not. I didn't get the name of the person who took our order, but I wish I would have. They deserve to be recognized for the kindness and great customer service!

They were out of blue raspberry frozen drink and didn't have any indication until after I ordered and was receiving my food. The nacho fries were additionally underwhelming. The workers seemed annoyed to be serving us, though they didn't say or do anything overtly rude. Every seat was wooden. Every. Single. One. It was not comfortable to sit down.
