It's not bad. I've only used the drive-thru and I've gotten good service. The parking lot is small so when they're busy the line for the drive-thru can get out of control and overflow into the street.
My family and really like Wendy's .. what we dont like is the higher prices and the reduction of meat on our sandwiches... $30 for fast food is way to much and even worse when they put less meat on your sandwich...
