The manager "Christina" had a issue with me waiting for fresh chicken when it was literally 6 pieces of chicken left in the bottom of the pan, no one else was in line behind me. There was literally a whole new fresh batch of freshly cut chicken waiting behind the server. She refused to open it up and told me I had to take what was there in the bottom of the pan which was nothing. I really enjoy chipotle. Their food is simple and always good quality with a reasonable price. This location could use some help with staff. They tend to be packed and although they get food out very quickly and with a smile, everyone is rushing around to do so and the eat in space can get neglected.

There is a drive up pick up window "Chipotlane," but no way for patrons to alert staff they are there to pick up order (microphone or "alert" in App). We Sat there unacknowledged & unnoticed for 5-10 minutes, just after previous car left. We decided to drive around building to see if we missed a screen or "order here" station.
