Seriously zero customer service skills from the cashier. Mistook order, had to order my daughters food separately. We were done eating by the time she got her food, and that's because I had to ask where her food was. Also, check out the photo of the cold fries I was given. That's literally UNTOUCHED. Is there a fry shortage I'm unaware of?Update: the manager offered to remake the meal. She corrected the cook, gave us another order of fresh fries and free Blizzard coupons.
I came to have a .85 cent blizzard that was advertised on my phone. They said I had to have a FB or Apple app, or I could buy one for $4.97. I was disappointed and went 1 mile down the road to Culvers and had a flavor of the day for $4.09, 2 scoops , there receipt showed me I could take a survey and get a free 1 scoop custard.My trip was worth it.

Do you guys just not answer the phone when you've got an order wrong? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the backyard bacon ranch should have ranch on it right? I got mayo and ketchup! Lady who was taking the orders has one of those "I hate that I have to do this" kind of attitudes. Food was fresh but I'm only leaving this review since you guys don't answer the phone.
