Pizza was good as usual. The service however was less than ideal. It took forever for our order to be ready. I got to the store early and it wasn't ready. I told them my name and then took a seat. 10-15 minutes later I went to check on the order and it was done and just sitting on the shelf with the others. Then never told me it was done and I was the only person sitting in there. So I thought I was getting fresh hot pizza and instead I got kind of fresh warm pizza. Oh well.
Have had two bad experiences ordering pizza online from this store @2101 S. Weinbach have had to wait in the parking lot for my order to get done even though I place my order before I leave work which is over a hour away. Have never had this problem before ???

They got my order wrong and as they were dropping it off, they said that this is what I ordered as I had it pulled up what I ordered. There was wings jalapeño pizza, Caesar salad, and 2, 2 Liters keep in mind. This is just for one person I rated this one star because, when I tried to call back, they cannot answer the phone and they continue to say they were closed when they close at two and it was one.I will be expecting a refund for the fact that they cannot answer their phone...read full review
