Marx catered my daughter's wedding in August of 2022. It was a huge wedding (350) with guests from all over. They were incredibly kind with helping me prepare the perfect menu, they were flexible, their customer service was A++, and the staff was so nice and attentive when they delivered and set up the food station at the venue. We ordered pulled pork for the holidays, but was surprised their original BBQ sauce was basically tomato juice/sauce. Good thing we ordered it on the side anyway. The meat was good, but if you're looking for traditional BBQ sauce, this was not it.
