I ordered a large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza for Carryout tonight. It was supposed to be ready at 8:26 p.m. I arrived at the Donato's arrived 8:45, went inside and told the guy that I was picking up a pizza for Kelly M. Great service! Had a problem with my order due to an issue with an online ordering platform. They accepted the the mistake as their own and offered me a complete new order free of charge. Will definitely go back

We came to this location after being treated like an intrusion at the Noblesville location. Devin was very kind and quickly took our orders. I asked about a few of the toppings and he gave descriptive concise answers. He was patient and made sure our order was correct. The music was slightly loud, and at our request, he turned it down without batting an eye. The other members of the staff here are equally kind and are pleasant to interact with.
