Carry out: 4-5 stars. Dine in: 2 stars. We have enjoyed Hot Box Pizza many times. This location needs some help. I think they may rely too much on Carry Out service. We tried to come here a week ago but my parents didn't want to stay after we walked in. We came back by ourselves tonight, and I think my parents were right. Quick afternoon fix for hot pizza. Empty location, only one worker who seemed uninterested in being there. Got 2 lunch specials, never asked if we wanted a drink or sides. Just rang up the sale, said it'll be 10 mins. Then walked away. Took about 20 minutes, Food was fine, nothing memorable and no one came in while we waited. Had better experiences at the 116th location.
