Every time I come to this location all the staff is warm and inviting. Mason and the rest of the staff does an awesome job I have no complaints. Mason always prepare my chicken philly just the way I like it. The only Penn station I go to and highly recommend. Thanks ladies and gents for your outstanding work ethics keep providing exceptional customer service.
Overall I was underwhelmed by the quantity of meat and overall flavor of the cheesesteak. Seemed kind of "single note". We also got the cheese bread as a side to go, but by the time we got home 10 min later you could peel the cheese off in one big, gelatinous chunk.That said, the staff is super friendly at this location and it seemed fairly fast to get food. We will keep this in the mix for when we want a change of pace.

You definitely want to use the app to order because if you think the line looks short inside, it doesn't tell you how many online orders have been placed. I think this is the norm now for most restaurants unless you are dining in.
