I went to the roost this morning with my family and was very pleased. The staff was meet warm and welcoming. Daisy was my waitress and she was awesome! She knew our orders and was very friendly! The food was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back every Sunday with my family! Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and green chilaquiles.
We haven't been here in years but after our last visit we won't be returning. Food was lukewarm at best. Several people in our party ordered omlettes with just veggies and cheese. The omlettes tasted like bacon. When we pointed out this critique to the server, she apologized but said pans were not cleaned between orders. Hasbrowns tasted stale and again were not hot. There are many other breakfast spots in Fishers and unfortunately this just isn't a place we will return to.
