Attempted to go through the drive thru. Could not get help at the speaker/order menu. Drove up the window. Some little punk named Elijah looked right at us and just walked away. Food is terrible!! Look at my box of buffalo wings, cold and not even a boneless wings all looks like cat poop. Worst thing ive ever been served in fast food. Couldnt bring myself to eat any and had to toss it out. I cant eat this it looks too disgusting! They also forgot a drink and cheese cup! Will never return to a arbys. Going to culvers from now on instead. Avoid at all costs.
