I feel like family every-time I walk into Blaze Pizza in Fort Wayne, IN!! Leo is so polite, and greets my mom by her name upon every visit!Dietary restrictions: I would recommend to anyone with Dairy allergies or need something Gluten free. THEY HAVE ALTERNATIVES TO ACCOMMODATE BOTH.?
I love all the options here (Gluten Free (which has DF ingredients), Cauliflower, AND Keto crust options…and they have goat cheese as a possible topping )…keto crust got a little dark at the edges but was very yummy…staff was friendly, speedy service, and it was great that they are open after 10pmDietary restrictions: A place you can take friends who avoid gluten
