“Clean well lit place.Ice cream was good & what you expect from a DQ.Paid a tad over $14 after tax for a banana split & the largest Reeves Blizzard which i thought was high. However, it is a newer store & expensive to build.Employee was engaging/friendly when I entered.We each sat inside eating our dessert to good 20yr old music & no one else in the store the whole time there.I would go back if in the area again.“

“C Dog, went above and beyond her job responsibilities during my drive through experience New Year's Day at 3:07 p.m.We talked about the double bacon ranch combo and I decided on a combo instead of just a sandwich because I'd like to encourage higher sales with folks that are polite, courteous, and emit a positive aura during the drive-thru experience. I did not feel like I was talking to a robot I felt like I was a customer.Thank you for feeding me while I'm working on the holidays.“

“Drive thru I have a broken leg,cherry misty & my hubby had a milkshake chicken meals we love them we eat@DQ, 1-2-times a wk. ThanksParking: Parkinglot on the Frontline & drive thru side I can't get around right now alot of people like DQ, SO I'M THINKING it's partly that reason.“

“As the owner of a small business sometimes the whole entire family works. We had worked all day long and I wanted to reward everybody for their hard work so we stopped at this location. It was quite busy but they had us taken care of in no time everybody had a smile on their face. Very pleasant experience delicious ice cream“

“Had a pretty simple order, a chocolate shake, and a blizzard. Pretty hard to mess up and they came through. I was a walk-in and placed my order at the counter.What impressed me was the service. Yeah, the service. :o. There was a line at the drive through and the counter was packed with people. One girl had two young boys with her who were alternately fighting each other physically or climbing up on the counter. One customer was complaining about not getting the proper change. It was pretty hectic. Despite all the chaos, the crew that day, Sunday afternoon, Oct 1, just chugged along filling customers order. They didn't seem frustrated and I was impressed such a young staff kept they're heads about them.I had to wait a bit for my order, but the girl was going fast as she could and when she delivered my treats, she made sure I had napkins, spoons and straws and asked if I needed anything else. Nice touch that she didn't need to do. I've seen reviews crapping on the store, but they have a fan in me. Good job!BTW, the shake and blizzard were done correctly and were tasty!“

“The staff is always friendly and competent, the place is clean, and the food is good. Servings are very small--it's definitely not a good value for your money, which I why I don't eat here very often. Still better than the McDonalds nearby...I'd rather have less food and have it be good if I have to eat drive through.“

“Such good food I love the chicken basket get it at least once a week it but when you have to remember to reask for condiments when you get handed your food it stinks to get home and not have sauce or anything to eat with, yes I have silverware but it's nice to not have to dirty dishes especially when you don't cook?“

“Everything was great, except my Meal was 1.00 more in Fort Wayne than it was in Bloomington Indiana last week. Also Bloomington had Coke products, Fort Wayne store had Pepsi products. I don't like Pepsi. Don't these franchises have to match? I drank water; so I paid for a meal with a beverage and drank water.“

“Pretty good for a DQ. There's a lot of trash behind the building which makes me wonder how much the owner cares about this franchise. I don't love that the news is on the TV either but at least the sound was off. Can we just enjoy a meal without being scared by the news? ???“

“These people word so hard. They do such a good job and they are serving out good food. This Dairy Queen is the best dariy out of every DQ I went too. I went too more than 50 DQs and this one had the nicest employees with the best food. They were so friendly and awesome. I wish I can give it more than 5 stars. Thank you to Davin Jimenez and Chloe Ross for a wonderful experience!!!!“
