“The Factory is a clean, strangely cozy restaurant. The front of house staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The servings are very generous, beautifully plated, and well worth how much they cost. The vibe and ambiance is well thought out. The historic photos add so much charm and story to the location and our city. Additionally, the seating is comfortable.Vegetarian options: Menu was not great at navigation what selections were vegetarian or what could easily become veg.Dietary restrictions: Menu is difficult to tell if an option meets dietary restrictions.Gluten free buns are available on request.“
“Excellent service and food. Visit Rip from Yellowstone anytime. What a treat. Had great conversation at the bar. Will go back ASAP.Parking: Plenty of parking. Personal attention while being served and at the bar. Had a great time. Will return with friends.“
“I don't have the time to go rate the other steak houses lower, but if you're reading this and if I've given any others 5 stars...I was lying. Gas House is the only place I've been to that made a steak correctly. The closest any other has been, that I've been to, is Le Cellier. They got the crisp on the outside, the tenderness and the doneness, but left a TON of chewy, inedible white fat. Gas House rendered the fat so as to be so soft and good, at least on the ribeye I got. The ribeye came resting on a bed of andouille hash, topped with fried onions and with two sides.I got German potatoes and soup of the day (chili). The chili was... chili. Can you really perfect that? Some say you should never try. The potatoes, though, actually upset me a bit. I've been trying to cook German food for a while now, and these potatoes were better than every attempt I ever made at using red cabbage in any dish.My girl got jambalaya risotto, which came with a few big shrimp on top. She got sautéed mushrooms and onion rings as a side. I'm not a fan of shrimp or mushroom but can concur that whatever good things you're thinking the risotto tastes like, you're right. For dessert I tried Crème brûlée for the first time...I didn't like it, though I believe, from what I know of the dish, it was cooked properly. So I add this dish to the same category as mushrooms and shrimp. She got carrot cake, which was dense and good and, like the chili, it was carrot cake. Probably best not to get too creative. All that, a Mountain Dew, Texas Mule and Kentucky Mule (the Markers Mark was a little heavy here, but you do mostly pay for the booze after all) the bill was a hair over $100. It was worth it enough for me that I will go again and try their other dishes, even some ingredients I'd be loathe to try at other places. My only real criticism is how out of place the branches with the lights on them are. I'd say either plant those in a smaller room, so the amount of available ceiling doesn't dwarf the decoration, or just go all out. But it really doesn't fit in, regardless, as cool of an idea as it is on its own.“
“The service was great and our server was super sweet!! I got orange juice and it was bomb (don't have a photo of it ) but it was freshly squeezed with the pulp so I enjoyed that. The omelet was okay and there was a lot of oil which wasn't really my thing but it was a huge omelet so I took it home with me to savor later!! The fruit was okay but it's not really in season yet so I'll give it that. Easter brunch wasn't too surprisingly busy which was nice. The server packaged our stuff up which I did appreciate because I was getting that princess treatment. our server didn't visit our table like every 5 minutes which was very appreciated because I was talking with the people I went with. overall I recommend this restaurant especially if you want to go with friends/family!“
“They only get 2 stars from me on food, because the steak I ordered was all over the place. I ordered the porterhouse steak medium rare / rare and what I got was a steak that was anywhere from medium rare to well done. Overall the taste was good, but the way it was cooked was not.“
“Visiting Ft. Wayne...decided to celebrate friend's birthday dinner at Chop's. Very good service....Wendy was awesome. Steak a little overcooked, but excellent taste. Fried Brussel sprouts and Mahi were amazing. Not a fan of the creme brulee.“
“Our server was very good & extremely helpful & attentive. He made great suggestions. The restaurant is a little out of the way. My mom & I were just a bit surprised by the high prices for everything on the menu. The food was good quality, but portion/price ratios were a bit disappointing. When the appetizers & salads cost as much as steaks & seafood items, it's surprising. Outback seems higher priced in comparison to similar restaurants in the area. We will not frequent this restaurant due to the prices/our budget and the out of our way aspect to get there in all honesty.“
“We had the most enjoyable birthday dinner this evening. We started with warm appetizer sampler, which was a great choice. Each item was delicious, with the shrimp taking the top prize. I ventured out and got the grilled romaine salad. One of the BEST salads I've ever had. The house made ranch was fabulous and I'm not a big ranch fan. We also had 2 orders of the caesar, and those were both good also. For dinner, we had the wagyu ribeye, regular ribeye and chilean sea bass maxwell style. Holy cow! Each was top notch. Having eaten at the downtown high end steakhouse a couple times, I will now choose Eddie Merlot's. Our server, Misty, was efficient and friendly. Our experience tonight exceeded our expectations and I'll go to bed tonight thinking about that shrimp!“
“The service was excellent. The atmosphere was above average. I have been to many steak houses. More than a few five star restaurants. Ruth's Chris does not stand out. I was not impressed at all. I absolutely disliked their 500° plates. However, excellent service makes up for average food.“
“Fantastic service at logans. They opened at 11am and i was here at 11:05am. Kara my waitress was very courtious. Her service couldnt have been better. I did not have to ask for anything she was happy to provide it with a smile on her face. Fast. I had fresh food with in 15 minutes. I cant give a better review. I had a new york strip medium. Perfectly cooked. Baked potatoes was excelent. Price was good. Fresh warm bread. COME EAT“
“The food was fantastic as always, and the staff were friendly. They did their best to be attentive considering having a packed house and line out the door. This location is slammed every weekend, and the staff does a great job. Especially considering some of the rude customers. My only gripe is that the call-ahead seating system never seems to work out on time. We entered the "line" through call ahead at 5pm on a Friday, and we were told to arrive between 6:00-6:10pm for a party of 4. We arrived at 5:55pm and checked in. We were seated around 6:30pm. This is better than waiting in line for the whole time, but it seems to fall just short of expectations each time.If it were easier to get a table or booth, my family and I would go here more.“
“No complaints, food, service and Atmosphere were all a positive experience... Was warm tasted amazing and the first time ever my stake was (med well)always tell them (med well)and get a steak that's (med Rare) couple times it was (Rare) but my steak was seasoned to perfection did not have to use steak sauce My Aunt had the 30 dollar Flaming Young Dinner I had the Logan it's a Sirloin steak to our surprise mine tasted the same as hers was just as tender also for 13 dollars cheaper she said had she known she would of got the Logan also“
“The food is amazing and the cocktail - Cool as a cucumber - is delicious!! thanks to Chloe. she's very nice and makes the greatest martinis. Mickey the waitress was also very professional and friendly. I had a great experience and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this gorgeous restaurant/bar you won't be disappointed.“
