The service is always poor. When you try to order, they are so busy talking amongst each other instead of getting the orders correct. All myself and other customers heard was cursing and talking about each other's family members etc. I think there's a time and place for that. The chicken has been burnt, the apple pies were hard. So when you order your food they let the orders pile up and then they say it will be 20 minutes and they cook all of the chicken at once and then form a assembly line and send them out one by one till the group of people all get served.
