Waited over 40 minutes for my omelette this morning, as people that came in well after me ordered, ate and left. Ordered rye toast and got white toast, told the waitress the toast was wrong, that I had ordered rye. When that came about 5-6 minutes later, I had 2 pieces of rye bread on a plate, untoasted- plain rye bread. Had the restaurant been packed, maybe a bit more understandable, but they were not busy. I mean, wow. Everybody has bad days, but wow........
Server was great. Good was good too. The 2 stars is because of improper training. Don't promote the gift card deal and then leave a restaurant full of employees that have no clue how to sell a gift card or even where they are located. The cashier was nice enough to suggest that I could get it next time I come through. I never come through so that is a loss for me. I've been through this area 2x is the last 5 years. It just isn't on my normal route. I'm very disappointed.

Dennys certainly has changed. I used to manage one in WA state. I never saw a manager walk the floor and converse with the patrons, the food was OK, too much egg on my Moons over my hammy. My little dog wouldn't even eat the bacon so I don't think I'll be a return customer!!!
