Stopped at the food establishment for lunch on Sunday, March 19th and had an amazing experience. The food handler was interactive and provided a customer centered approach. She was greeting customers, showed good food safety practices while preparing sandwiches, and while my sandwich was in the toaster she asked how my day was going. The gentleman who made my food you can tell took great pride in his job. He was outgoing and friendly offering suggestions I could do because I was making up a new sub. I hope he gets the tip that was added on to the order that I hit for when making the transaction.
