A new server caused us to be there for quite a while but that of course happens. The manager, Jennifer, at the Greenfield, IN store left alot to be desired. I've never encountered a more rude manager at a Cracker Barrel store. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Good was great, service was good and we received our food pretty quick but then the waitress disappeared and we didn’t see her until we was waiting on a to go container then she was our best friend, manager would not stoke up the fire place even though we and another table asked for it to be, it was all but out. This was the greenfield location

The staff are very nice. The last few times I've gone here the food was subpar. It used to be much better. It's just okay now.Update: we had a nice Easter dinner here and would highly recommend the barbecue chicken tenders. Those are new and very tasty!
