Stopped in today to take my granddaughter for our usual Saturday lunch date. Disappointed that the last handful of times we have been and needed a drink refill or to exchange her book/toy for a treat have stood in the usual place and have been ignored by multiple employees. This time after standing for a time with toy in hand and being ignored by at least 5 different employees, had to get in the regular ordering line and wait. Ridiculous lines people in line are rude blocking traffic blocking intersections to get in this place..staff working fast and hard to get out orders as fast as they can. Staff can't blink or will be behind. Staff keeps up pace.Parking: Good luck getting in the parking lot at lunch time if you get lu KY and get to park good luck backi g out with out a wait.
