Hot and ready ? More like cold and lazy !I usually don’t partake in business reviews but man, the amount of foolery that goes on behind the counter at this establishment is beyond me. My online order was supposed to be ready at 6pm and I didn’t get my order until 7:10pm. What does that tell you ? First, let me say the inside the restaurant was crowded. Not to mention, the cashier could barely speak English and gave me less of the crazy puffs than I ordered!? While waiting to order another order of the puffs, the customer that was ahead of me opened his pizza to find a roach on top of his food!?The cashier looked, took a napkin, took the bug off of the pizza, and tried to hand the customer back the pizza that the bug was on! I'm not sure if this is where I am supposed to put this but Yesterday December 29th, I ordered online 1 pepperoni pizza and my pickup time was set between 6:52 and 6:57pm. When I got the notification that it was ready, I went inside to pick it up I believe it was bout 7:10 she took my money and then told me they lost my pizza so I would have to wait 20 min for another one.
