First time ever to Rally's and service was a bit rough. First they forgot to provide napkins and straws for my drink. Then, the burgers arrived and instead of extra onions and no Ketchup, I got no onions, no Ketchup and no tomato. Also, I asked for a diet coke and got a cherry coke which is problematic since I'm allergic to corn syrup.At the very least, they fixed the order and remade it quickly properly. Fries are excellent and some of the best I've ever had!
The service was really good. I don't have any complaints about that BUT the portions are small and the milk shake I took a few sips out of tasted SOUR. Stomach cramps rest of the night. I feel they need to check some outdates, probably clean properly, and keep food at a healthy standard before someone really gets sick.
