In all honesty...this location is a hit or miss. Like all restaurants there's good days and bad. This visit was borderline good only because everything was fresh. Not saying it's like this all the time. There's definitely a problem with staff, mostly young teens who don't give a rip about doing a good job. They need to get their act together and put on their grown up pants. That being said, food quality should be the utmost concern here. Some days it's a miss and food is pathetic....read full review

Honestly, I've never had a GREAT experience at this location. Service and food is generally subpar. This time, though the Fiesta potatoes were inedible, hard as a rock. We had to wait 15 minutes for 2 separate orders. The staff was rude and incompetent. While the manager seemed to be trying to juggle a million things, his employees talked back to him. They were clearly understaffed, but this service is unacceptable.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the bathrooms were in God awful shape. The crew had no customers but my husband and I and nobody was doing anything. No cleaning they were just setting down and chilling out. The prices are kinda of steep but over all the food was fantastic...Kid-friendliness: The crew was nice the only bad thing was the bathrooms were really nasty...
